SB 801: Relating to the office of Adjutant General.
Summary
Increases from one to two the number of Assistant Adjutants General from the Air National Guard of Oregon that the Adjutant General may appoint. Provides an Acting Adjutant General 30 days after assuming the duties of the office to give the state a fidelity bond when an absence of the Adjutant General is caused by death or other inability.
