Most teams find out too late.
Policy moves fast. Thousands of bills and rules move every session across 50 statehouses, Congress and federal agencies. Enterprise platforms that keep up cost five figures, and still leave the reading and the memo to you.
Mandate does the first read for you, so a solo lobbyist, a lean association or a growing policy team can cover more ground, brief clients and members faster, and act before decisions are made.
From bill to action in one afternoon.
First, tell us what you do.
Describe your organization in a sentence and pick where you operate. Mandate suggests the topics to watch, and you fine-tune them. Setup takes about five minutes.

Why Mandate exists
I spent years selling policy software to the largest government affairs teams in the country. The independent lobbyists, associations, advocates and businesses who work the law every day could never afford it. Mandate is built for them.
Questions, answered.
Do I need a credit card to start? No. Start your 14-day free trial without a card and see this week's bills in about five minutes.
What does Mandate cover? Every bill in all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico, every House and Senate bill, and final and proposed rules from every federal agency, checked for new activity every day. You choose the states you watch; Congress and federal rules are included on every plan.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes, from your billing page. Plans are month to month with no contract.
Is the impact analysis legal advice? No. Mandate reads each bill's title, summary and latest action against what you told it about your organization and explains the likely impact in plain English. Treat it as a first read: confirm dates against the official source and talk to counsel before relying on it.
When do alerts arrive? Your brief goes out every Monday. On Pro and Association plans, a new high-impact assessment also sends an email after the scan that finds it.
Do campaigns cost extra per message? No. Campaigns are included on every plan with no per-message fees. Mandate records when a supporter starts an action, with the state and ZIP code they give; it does not confirm delivery to the lawmaker's office.
Is federal tracking extra? No. Congress and federal agency rules are on every plan and do not count toward your state limit.
We need more states or more users. Email us and we will put together a plan that fits. Larger teams and national associations are welcome.
