Summary

[<i>Provides that only a registered nurse may supervise a nurse in a school setting with respect to the practice of nursing.</i>] Allows [<i>an individual</i>] <b>a school administrator or other staff member</b> who is not a nurse to supervise a <b>school nurse or registered</b> nurse in a school setting for purposes not related to the practice of nursing. <b>Prohibits an administrator or other individual from directing a school nurse or registered nurse in the practice of nursing.</b>
